Screening Interview 

This is the first phase of the interview process. After a rigorous examination of received applications, the shortlisted applicant is contacted over the phone. The screening interview involves  a handful of key questions, which are presented before the candidate to gauge their communication skills, overall know-how about the company and the job and their experience. Face to Face interviews typically consist of three phases.


CV Interview

CV interview is a thorough structures interview mean to expose patterns in a candidates career history. It is a chronological walkthrough of a person career. The basic touch points of the interview are the applicant jobs, experience, professional skills and weaknesses. The candidate is moved to the final phase of the interview if the interviewer(s) sees him/her fit for the job. 

This phase may accompany a technical interview depending on the nature of job. Technical interview, if required, take place in the presence of a team member who holds the necessary technical knowledge about the field. The candidate is asked to perform various tasks in real time to test their competence and administration skills. In many cases, they are assigned personalized tests to measure extensive variety of variables like
personality traits, problem solving, comprehension etc.


The Final Interview 

The Final interview includes an in-depth conversation focused on key objectives and outcomes of the job role to test
the candidate’s ability and capacity to achieve them and do well on the job. Reference checks are a key part of our
hiring process. Once a candidate has moved through the rest of the process, their reference interviews will be taken
and a decision will be responsibly communicated.

For some jobs, there may be an additional step where a client likes to meet the candidates and finalize their joining.
